Waiver & Release

Neither the Willow Lane Equestrian Centre Pty. Ltd. nor the property owners or managers accepts liability for any loss, accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person whatsoever.

•  I understand and acknowledge that by riding or handling horses I may be seriously INJURED or DEATH may result and I do so at my own risk and responsibility.

• I acknowledge that horses are dangerous, and that I take sole responsibility for deciding whether or not to ride or work with horses.

• I understand and acknowledge the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or any mind altering drugs and agree not to drink alcohol or take drugs prohibited by law before or during any horse sports activities.

• I agree to wear the “Current Australian standard AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) provided they are SAI Global marked” helmet at all times whilst riding your horse at Willow Lane Equestrian Centre Pty Ltd.

• I agree to follow the directions of any management staff or property owner and that any misconduct or refusal by me to follow any direction of any management staff or property owner can result in the immediate termination of my agistment at Willow Lane Equestrian Centre Pty Ltd.

  I have had sufficient opportunity to read this Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement and fully understand its terms and submit it freely and voluntarily.

 I have read and agree to the "Waiver of Liability" above.
